The average 30-year mortgage interest rate recently ticked up to 7.31%. Despite the increase, the number of mortgage applications has increased by more than 5%, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association. Trevor talked to Channel 3’s Good Morning Arizona about what he’s seeing in the Phoenix market.
