Flip
Investors looking for flips are focused on finding undervalued or distressed properties to remodel and resell as quickly as possible. In the current low-inventory environment, finding a flip is the biggest challenge and is where I am able to provide tremendous value to my clients.
New Build
Similar to flipping homes, many investors are looking for vacant land or distressed properties to knock down and build new. Finding the right property in the right neighborhood to support the expense and risk associated with building a new home is one of our specialties.
Vacation Rental (Airbnb/VRBO)
The short term rental classification of investment property is one of the hottest topics we deal with. Locating properties in desirable neighborhoods with lots of potential for both appreciation and full bookings is our focus when it comes to helping clients find short term rentals.
